Terms of service.
Plain-English terms for using Wirewoman. This is a starting template — have your own counsel review before launch.
The service
Wirewoman provides an AI voice receptionist that answers your business calls, qualifies and books jobs, escalates emergencies to a number you provide, and sends you call summaries. Availability targets 24/7 but may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your setup — service area, hours, booking rules, and escalation numbers — and for how you act on the jobs and emergencies she surfaces. Wirewoman assists with intake and routing; it does not replace your professional judgment or licensed electrical work.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page. There are no per-minute charges and no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes, or in a way that violates telecom or recording-consent laws in your area. You are responsible for any required call-recording disclosures to your callers.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Wirewoman is not liable for missed calls, mis-triaged calls, or downstream outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
